Our process
Here are the typical steps involved in engaging us for ad hoc advisory support.
1. Initial consultation
Contact us by email or book an appointment and tell us what you need, a bit about your business, and any hard deadlines that you may have.
2. Confirm scope & costs agreement
At our meeting, we will review the scope of work and our engagement terms with you. If we can assist you, we will provide you with a tailored fee quote along with our client disclosure and costs agreement for you to sign and return to us.
4. Deliver the work
For transactional matters, we will email you our deliverables when completed. There may be collaboration with you on drafts before settling final documents.
For other types of matters, where delivery may occur over a period of time, we may invoice you at regular periods (as agreed).
3. Onboarding & starting engagement
Once the costs agreement is signed and returned to us, we’ll schedule in time to complete our work to deliver our service to you.
5. Ending engagement
Once our service is completed, we will issue our final invoice to you and ask for your feedback to ensure that that we met your requirements and expectations.
Your feedback helps to ensure we continually improve our service offering to our clients.
Our fees
We offer competitive fixed-fee options for our Business + Commercial services. Our fees are unique to each client and will depend on your specific requirements. Please contact us to discuss a fee quote.
Where your requirements are clear, we will provide you with a tailored fee quote. If the matter cannot be specifically quoted without further information or assessment, we will send you our Business + Commercial Services flyer outlining our indicative fees for your consideration.
